Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned and creative Interior Design Manager with 12–15 years of experience, preferably in luxury interior design. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, leadership acumen and hands-on experience managing high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial interior projects. This role requires someone who can guide a team of 8–10 designers, uphold design quality, and ensure timely delivery across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the interior design team from concept to execution across multiple luxury interior projects. Review, refine, and approve design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and material selections. Work closely with clients, consultants, and cross-functional teams to understand briefs and ensure design intent is maintained. Supervise detailed drawings, BOQs, and specifications in coordination with technical and project teams. Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budgets. Provide mentorship, performance management, and skill development for team members. Stay updated on global design trends, luxury materials, and innovations in interior design. Conduct regular design reviews and presentations for clients and stakeholders. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong portfolio showcasing luxury interior projects (residential, hospitality, or commercial). Excellent spatial planning, material knowledge, and detailing skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office; knowledge of Revit or other BIM tools is a plus. Strong understanding of site coordination, design development, and execution process. Effective leadership, communication, and client-handling skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture. 12–15 years of progressive experience in interior design, with at least 5 years in a managerial/leadership role. Experience in luxury interior projects is mandatory.
