Position - Technical Sales Lead Key Responsibilities: Drive sales of validated filtration products including depth filters, membrane cartridges, and process housings Engage with formulation and API customers, including plant heads, QA teams, and engineering heads Execute consultative and solution-based selling across WFI, clean utilities, sterile process lines, and biotech segments Lead technical discussions on DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ, integrity testing, and validation support Manage existing key accounts and identify opportunities across CIP, WFI systems, and ultrafiltration/microfiltration Required Skills: Filtration | Membrane Filtration | Depth Filtration | Sterile Filtration Business Development | Application Engineering | Key Account Management Validation Protocols | Cleanroom Products | Bioprocessing | Single-Use Systems Strong pharma customer network with 3M / Sartorius / Pall / Merck / Ideal Background: 3-8 years of experience in technical sales or filtration BD roles Exposure to pharma filtration, WFI/CIP systems, or critical utilities Must-Have: - 3–8 yrs experience in selling process filters or CIP/WFI systems to API or formulation plants - Comfortable with technical + commercial + documentation cycle (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ) - Has visited many pharma plants and can close orders, not just pitch
