Job description (About the Role) We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of strategic events and ensure seamless backend operations for the marketing function. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to amplify brand visibility, generate pipeline and manage end-to-end events for business success. Key Deliverables (What Will You Do) Event Planning : End-to-End Ownership of event marketing initiatives across businesses. Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams for event strategy, communication, and follow-ups. Event promotion : Drive pre-event buzz, on-ground engagement, and post-event pipeline tracking. Own event promotions and collaborate with social media to amplify visibility. Execution : Manage venue/vendor logistics, budgets, speaker curation, collateral, and on-site/studio production. Negotiate with vendors, manage event logistics (brochures, standees, banners etc.) and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Measurement : Track event ROI (leads, pipeline, marketing-sourced revenue) and deliver post-event reports with actionable recommendations. Audience Engagement : Drive pre-and post-event promotion (email, social, paid),registration funnels, and lead capture workflows. Market research and Project Management : Plan, manage, and execute B2B events such as trade shows, conferences, branded events, webinars and customer roundtables. Event Branding : Brief Designers and collaborate with them for outstanding design collaterals for various B2B offline and online events. Job Specification (What Will You Need) Experience: 3+ years in B2B event marketing with hands-on event planning and marketing operations ownership. Design Acumen: Able to work with Designers, PMMs and Content writers for event GTM and branding initiatives. Project Management: Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines Cross Functional Collaboration: Strong written and verbal skills; confident working cross-functionally with Sales, Design, Vendors and Content Teams Skills & Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
