Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in the assigned region. The role involves regular travel, customer engagement, sales strategy execution, and occasional training sessions to support technical and commercial discussions. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Bangalore territory Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aerospace and defense sectors Deliver exceptional customer service and post-sales support Conduct technical and commercial training sessions with customers or internal teams Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, and closing Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, procurement, etc.) to meet customer requirements Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights Requirements: Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry Proven track record in sales and sales Experience. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
