Location: Chennai (WFO) Job Summary: The Procurement Analyst for Infrastructure will be responsible for managing the procurement process for all IT-related hardware, software, and services. This role ensures that the organization's technology acquisitions are cost-effective, of high quality, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring accurate tracking, maintenance, and disposal. Key Responsibilities: · Identify, assess, and build relationships with vendors for IT hardware, software, and services. · Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers. · Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or costs. · Oversee the complete procurement process, including purchase requisitions, orders, approvals, and payments. · Ensure timely delivery of IT products and services by collaborating with vendors and internal teams. · Implement and manage an asset tracking system to ensure accurate records of asset location, condition, and usage. · Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets from acquisition through disposal, ensuring optimal use and minimal downtime. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Languages: English, Tamil, Telugu Experience: 2-5 years of experience in IT procurement, asset management, or a related field. Essential experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost control. Skills: · Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Excellent organizational and analytical abilities. · Proficiency in procurement software and asset management tools. · Knowledge of IT hardware, software, and services.
