Staying Up-to-Date with Latest Design Trends & Styles: Continuously monitor and incorporate the latest design trends and styles into our illustration library to ensure it remains innovative and aligned with current design aesthetics. Who You Are: 1. Education: Your portfolio speaks louder than degrees. 2. Experience: a. 2-6 years of experience in Visual Designing (Illustration and Animation), preferably in a tech-focused environment. b. Proven experience in designing for web and mobile platforms. 3. Technical Proficiency: a. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects. b. Stay up-to-date with the latest design tools and software for illustration and animation to ensure the highest quality output. 4. Personal Mastery: a. Strong problem-solving skills and an acute attention to detail. b. Effective communication skills to articulate design decisions and insights to stakeholders. c. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently. d. A passion for growth, constantly seeking knowledge and improvement.
