Job Title: Manager - Insurance Training Location: Noida (On-site) Experience: 8–10 years About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Insurance Trainer to support the leading player in the UK Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in General Insurance, Health, and Property & Casualty (P&C) , along with strong training experience in insurance operations, underwriting, claims, and finance processes across Insurers, Brokers, and MGA (Managing General Agent) environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end Insurance training programs for operational teams. Create comprehensive training materials including manuals, SOPs, e-learning modules, and job aids. Conduct new hire onboarding sessions covering insurance products, compliance, and operational processes. Deliver specialized training on Underwriting, Claims Management, Finance Operations, and Customer Service for Insurers, Brokers, and MGAs. Evaluate learner performance through structured assessments, knowledge checks, and post-training feedback. Monitor training effectiveness and report training outcomes, performance trends, and improvement areas to senior stakeholders. Maintain accurate training records, feedback documentation, and certification logs. Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to identify learning gaps and enhance team productivity. Facilitate training sessions via virtual platforms such as MS Teams , and manage learning through LMS tools. Key Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 8–10 years of relevant training experience in the Insurance domain (preferably in KPO/BPO/Shared Services environments). Strong domain knowledge of General Insurance, Health Insurance, and P&C products . Deep understanding of the insurance lifecycle for Insurers, Brokers, and MGAs . Proven experience in developing e-learning and blended learning content. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation abilities. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint , Learning Management Systems (LMS), and remote delivery platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams . Relevant Insurance or Training & Development certifications would be a plus (e.g., CII, LOMA, CIPD, etc.).
