Knowledge of ERP - Excellent Communication Skills – written and verbal- Knowledge of MS Office- Ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines. Ability to work independently and a strong team player Role: Team Handling, Escalation to the supervisor for issues that cannot be handled basis materiality, Prioritization of tasks e.g. escalated Query handling.
