Key Responsibilities ● Welcome and greet guests with a friendly, courteous, and professional attitude. ● Handle all guest interactions including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries—both in-person and over the phone. ● Ensure a seamless and outstanding customer experience at all times. ● Use suggestive selling techniques to boost occupancy and generate additional revenue through upgrades and ancillary services. ● Monitor and manage front desk operations to ensure adherence to Zolo SOPs. ● Support in training and mentoring of new front office team members. ● Proactively resolve guest issues, feedback, and complaints to maintain high guest satisfaction. ● Coordinate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure timely guest services. ● Manage room allocations, update reservations, and oversee billing instructions and payments. ● Operate EPBX system for managing guest calls and emergencies. ● Maintain detailed and up-to-date front office logbooks and ensure smooth service during high footfall. ● Act as the go-to point in the absence of the Duty Manager or Front Office Manager. Key Requirements ● Prior experience in front office operations, hospitality, or customer service preferred. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively. ● Proficiency in reservation software and basic MS Office tools.
