Role Description: A Key member responsible for handling Warranty provisioning and AMC services charges computation, Supplier warranty monitoring, MIS, Accounting, Core Responsibilities: Calculating the Product AMC and warranty provision on a monthly basis Monitoring of Supplier warranty for the parts covered under warranty and ensuring replacement/cost charge. Maintaining the Actual and Provision cost on live basis Comparison of AMC Provision VS Actual (Provision VS actual expenses) Monitoring the repair centre process and capturing the actual cost Should have worked on cost sheets Product costing & pricing Should be able to understand Bill of Materials Good understanding of Cost centre & profit centre concept Preparing and monitoring process for Internal Financial Control Reporting Position will be responsible for monitoring day to day accounting Preparing key process documents Controlling related party transactions Inventory Analysis and reporting Co-ordination with various departments. Ideal Candidate: B. /MBA/CA. Intermediate/CMA qualified with 4-8 yrs. of experience in Accounting, Costing, MIS and Audit in a Manufacturing Environment Must have a strong accounting background and have excellent understanding of accounting standards, analytical skills and audits Computer Literate - Strong Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills Experience with ERP accounting package Experience working with engineering and manufacturing personnel on development and analysis of accounting standards Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports) Strong communication skill
