We promote and support non-linear career growth for the right talent. Roles and Responsibilities Verify and account for vendor invoices. Import and Export data management with authorised dealers (banks)with proper documentation. Assist in completing the physical inventory verification on periodic intervals. Assist in reconciliation of inventory physical count and inventory records as per books. Completing Bank reconciliations on periodic intervals. Prepare the weekly management reports and circulate to business heads. Assist in GST reconciliation with books. Assist in GST corrections and follow up with vendors for pending GST credits. Verification of Employee claims along with the soft copy and hard copies of receipt. Assist in processing of employee reimbursement. Prepare Airline GST reconciliation and updating of GST trackers. Assist in ERP parallel run. Assist in maintaining and organising physical records on various compliances. Any other activities in Finance & accounts domain. Critical Success Factors Knowledge of basic accounting principles. Ability to pay attention to the details. Ability to be organized and meet deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively with internal & external stakeholders. Academic Qualifications /CMA Inter/ICWA with good academic records. Basic knowledge of GST. Basic knowledge of accounting principles. Experience Fresher Internship duration will be for 6 months. Key Attributes Good verbal & written communication skills. Possess good knowledge on MS Office, (MS excel in particular). Well-organized, able to pay extreme attention to detail. Focused on quality of work. Ability to handle confidential information.
