The ideal candidate will have an M.Sc. in Chemistry and 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a CRO environment . Responsibilities: Strong practical skills in multi-step synthesis, scaling from milligram to gram quantities Design & execute synthetic routes for complex organic molecules Contribute to solving challenging synthetic & medicinal chemistry problems Maintain accurate documentation and carry out analytical characterization of synthesized compounds
