If this opportunity resonates with you, please apply using this link: About the job We’re looking for a high-agency product manager who thrives in a messy, ambiguous zero-to-one environment and is energized by driving real user adoption through experimentation and fast iteration. This is not a desk job. You’ll spend time in hospitals , observe doctors and medical assistants in action, and translate field insights into product ideas. You’ll run experiments, define and ship features that drive user adoption. This work is complex, but has a high impact. You’ll work directly with the founding team, play a crucial role in delivering key products. Specifically, your responsibilities will include: Observe user journey, talk to users, distill user need and define hypotheses about adoption barriers and growth levers Define and prioritize product experiments—crafting product requirement documents, designing tests, and abstracting learnings into scalable solutions Define the product features and effectively communicate the specifications with both customers and engineering team Deliver custom AI solutions for users by configuring existing product features to meet specific needs and workflows Use insights from customer interactions to shape the product roadmap to enable product-led business growth Requirements 1-3 years of experience in product, strategy, consulting or hands-on operations roles— ideally in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Technical background (Bachelor’s in CS, EE, ME, or ChemE preferred) Comfortable with change—able to switch contexts, manage shifting priorities, and adapt quickly Ability to forge relationships, empathize with users, listen carefully, ask questions understand what user needs , not just what they say Clear thinker— able to write well, structure ideas, define hypotheses, and design tests High ownership mindset—self-motivated, dependable, and effective in low-structure environments Care for product quality—committed to building products that earn trust, solve real problems, and grow through word of mouth About Foster At Foster, we believe healthcare should be a universal right—not a privilege.
