We are looking for a creative and versatile Content Creator to lead the production of multimedia content across various platforms and drive our brand messaging forward. Key Responsibilities Develop and publish high-quality content including videos, articles, and social media posts. Script, direct, and oversee video content production aligned with campaign goals. Collaborate with internal teams (design, video, marketing) to ensure quality and brand alignment. Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas and storytelling formats. Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual style across all content. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation (video, writing, or social media). Strong skills in scripting and directing video content. Proven ability to manage and work with teams effectively. Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Malayalam (Mandatory); working knowledge of English (Preferred). Preferred Skills Storyboarding, scripting, and content planning Knowledge of basic video editing tools (optional but a plus) Social media trends awareness Team coordination and leadership experience Languages Malayalam: Mandatory English: Preferred Why Join Xylem?
