Job Title: AVP – Marketing Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Industry: Insurance (Travel) Experience: 14+ years in marketing, preferably in BFSI or insurance Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic AVP – Marketing to lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, brand-building initiatives, and communications. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the insurance industry, have a creative eye for storytelling, and demonstrate the ability to drive brand visibility and customer engagement through impactful marketing programs. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution Develop and manage 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, print, OOH, and BTL channels. Align marketing plans with business goals, product launches, and customer acquisition objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to localise and adapt campaigns based on regional needs. Brand Management Define and refine the company’s brand strategy, voice, and visual identity across touchpoints. Ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone, and visual representation across platforms. Manage brand health metrics and conduct regular brand audits. Public Relations & Communications Lead PR strategy, manage media relationships, and oversee press releases and external communications. Position the company and leadership as thought leaders through media opportunities, speaking engagements, and editorial content. Manage crisis communications and reputational risk in alignment with compliance and legal. Content & Corporate Communication Oversee the development of engaging content for campaigns, brochures, newsletters, and digital assets. Craft executive messaging, internal communications, and corporate announcements in collaboration with HR and leadership. Agency & Vendor Management Manage and coordinate with creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure timely and cost-effective execution. Negotiate contracts, track deliverables, and ensure quality standards. Qualifications & Skills: MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 14+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in the insurance or BFSI sector. Proven track record in leading multi-channel marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. Strong understanding of PR, corporate communications, and media strategy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage budgets and multiple external stakeholders.
