We're looking for a Product Thinker who loves to design. Someone with that raw, natural product sense who can join us as a core part of the founding team, whom we can groom into a future leader at Tribe. We have an audacious vision: to build the "Amazon for Expert Services.” It’s a Gen-AI native marketplace and not your traditional app. So we have to throw out the old product playbook and completely reimagine the experience for the AI age. We want you to be our product expert, figuring out what our users and service providers truly need - often even before they know it and thinking 10 steps ahead about their experience. You’ll own the whole process - from rough sketches and user conversations to the final, pixel-perfect designs that our devs can actually build. You have a portfolio that shows your thinking process (messy wireframes, user flows, failed ideas) and not just the final shiny UI.
