Candidates passionate about a career in real estate, have 5-7 years of experience in it, and are an expert at handling developers and regulations are ideal. This is a permanent role in Mumbai. Key responsibilities: Regulatory Oversight: Interpret and apply DCR regulations and FSI computations to evaluate project feasibility. Construction Cost Analysis: Build and validate construction cost frameworks, factoring in inputs like cement, steel, tiles, and project management fees. Underwriting: Support underwriting processes by benchmarking costs and timelines; collaborate on financial models. Approval Tracking: Maintain updated logs of project approvals; proactively flag delays or outstanding requirements. Developer Engagement: Engage directly with developers to assess assumptions, cost estimates, and verify on-ground realities. Key Requirements Strong knowledge of construction costs and land approvals in Mumbai-based redevelopment projects . Exposure to project execution, budgeting, or technical due diligence preferred. Demonstrated ability to track granular cost inputs and link them to project financials. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
