Hiring for Team Lead – FC&A (Project Management) Location: Navi Mumbai Experience Required: 10- 15 Years (Mandatory) We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team in Navi Mumbai. This role is pivotal in driving procurement excellence, financial optimization, and risk management across projects. If you have a strong background in Project Management (8+ years mandatory) preferably in Petrochemical Polyester projects and a passion for operational efficiency, we invite you join our dynamic project management team. Key Responsibilities Contracting & Validation: Ensure thorough validation of term sheets and purchase orders, covering commercial terms, insurance, cost, taxes, supplier credit financing, and compliance with Group Contracting Procedures (GCP/SCP). Certifications: Oversee QSD certification for contractor manpower billing, and validate payroll and other contractor costs. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Analyze POs/WOs, monitor actual commitments vs. plans, optimize procurement costs, and manage foreign currency payment hedging. MOU Contracts Management: Handle end-to-end MOU contracts, bill certifications, inventory reconciliation, and recovery of shortages. Risk Management & Compliance: Identify financial risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure strict regulatory compliance. Policy & Process Development: Design and enforce standard policies and procedures aligned with business goals.
