Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT and software development projects.The role involves coordinating between stakeholders, tracking project milestones, managing documentation, and ensuring that timelines and deliverables are consistently met. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocations Coordinate cross-functional IT teams , including developers, testers, and system analysts Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as required Serve as the communication link between internal teams, vendors, and clients Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and status updates Support the preparation and follow-up of project meetings, reviews, and stakeholder briefings Track resource availability and assist with workload distribution Ensure projects adhere to organizational processes and compliance standards Requirements: 2–3 years of proven experience in project coordination or a similar role Experience coordinating IT/software development projects Strong understanding of project management principles and life cycles Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines Education & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field Professional certifications such as CAPM or PMP are preferred but not mandatory
