Legal Consultant – 12-Month Secondment (Retainer Contract) Location: Bangalore Client: American Conglomerate Payroll: Aquis Search Aquis Search is supporting a leading American multinational in hiring a Legal Consultant for a 12-month secondment position based in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: Handle a broad range of general corporate legal matters (approx. 80% of the scope). Assist with company secretarial work (approx. 20% of the scope) under the guidance of the India Company Secretary. Work closely with the India General Counsel and Regional General Counsel on key legal deliverables. Key Requirements: 3–5 years of PQE as a corporate lawyer. Qualified Company Secretary, or currently pursuing CS with internship completed. Prior experience with a law firm is preferred. Ability to manage legal documentation, coordinate with external counsels, and support internal governance processes. Other Details: Role is on Aquis Search payroll for the duration of the secondment.
