Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. Should have influencing and advisory skills. Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of Security Services projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Develop and implement strategies to enhance Security Delivery Governance. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Delivery Governance. Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards. Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. Knowledge of security technologies and tools. Good To Have Skills: Security certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
