Job Title: Sr. Engineer/ Engineer II – Central Planning Team Experience: 2 to 6 Years Industry Preference: Aerospace / EMS / Automotive Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu Department: PPC Role Summary: We’re looking for a Central Planning Engineer to drive production, supply, and capacity planning, along with program coordination and key client account management. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure execution against plan. Key Responsibilities: Production, Supply & Capacity Planning: Create and manage E2E and block-wise production plans, material supply plans, and capacity forecasts across production lines. Program Management: Own program execution, track milestones, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functionally for issue resolution. Key Account Handling: Interface with clients for supply commits, delivery schedules, material visibility, and performance reporting. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare CTB, plan vs actual, and performance dashboards. Identify gaps and drive corrective actions. Execution Monitoring: Track daily adherence, highlight yield/CapEx/OpEx deviations, and follow through on closure actions. Requirements: 1) B.E./B.Tech with 2–6 years in production planning/analyst roles. 2) Industry experience in Aerospace or EMS preferred. 3) Strong in advance Excel, reporting, and stakeholder management. 4) Working knowledge of planning tools / ERP systems is an advantage.
