Client Relationship Manager will act as a point of contact for their clients. Particularly we are looking for a candidate having a minimum of 5 years' experience in Exhibitions & Events Industry. One will be responsible for handling billion-dollar tech & pharma clientele. Client Relationship Manager's responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. One will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our offerings according to client needs. To Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favourable relationship with clients. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of our industrys concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Will report to Sr. Director Global Business.
