Feel It Live (FIL) is Soul Jams’ curated B2B vertical — delivering immersive live music experiences for weddings, private parties, corporate gatherings, and branded events. Think: tailor-made jam sessions, crowd-favorite singalongs, and artist-led moments that spark joy. As Operations Lead – FIL , you’ll be at the heart of scaling this fast-growing vertical with both hustle and heart. This is a high-ownership role that combines operational rigor with soulful execution. You’ll oversee end-to-end gig delivery, build systems that scale across cities, and ensure every performance — no matter the stage — runs seamlessly from pitch to pack-down. Key Responsibilities: Operations & Delivery Oversee and streamline execution for every FIL gig from start to finish — including artist coordination, production, logistics, and client expectations Maintain high on-ground experience standards across all cities Build gig-day checklists, processes, and artist/vendor SOPs B2B Sales & Pipeline Ownership Respond to inbound queries and convert leads with timely follow-ups and custom decks/proposals Build outbound pipeline with strategic outreach to wedding planners, agencies, venues, and corporate clients Own all outreach systems (CRM, email tracking, coordination with marketing) Scale & Expansion Identify potential cities and clients for FIL growth Onboard and coordinate with local artists and vendors in new geographies Help standardize processes so expansion can happen with agility and consistency Strategic Thinking & Insights Maintain and analyze key data — gig performance, artist ratings, feedback, etc. Spot bottlenecks early and propose solutions across ops, marketing, or structure Collaborate with business team and leadership on pricing, packaging, and pitch design Creative & IP Involvement Support the creation and execution of FIL’s online and branded IPs Coordinate with the content, design, and media teams on creative deliverables when needed Must Have Skills: 2–5 years of experience in event operations, artist management, live production, or project management. Proven ability to run multiple gigs/events simultaneously with strong attention to detail. Excellent coordination and communication skills , especially in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments. Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel , checklists, CRMs, and project tracking tools. Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and troubleshoot on-ground challenges.
