Role Description The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with suitable real estate options. The role includes tasks such as handling customer inquiries, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The Sales Associate will also be involved in preparing sales agreements and maintaining customer records. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively engage with customers Sales Experience and Negotiation Skills to close deals successfully Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and provide a positive experience Knowledge of Real Estate Market and Property Management Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Previous experience in real estate sales is an advantage Job Role: Sales-focused fieldwork within a 100 KM radius of your city for promoting and selling premium real estate at Assotech Ranchi . Compensation: Fixed Salary: ₹10,000/month Per Booking Incentive: ₹20,000 ️ Having a bike is a big plus (for easier mobility and field visits) Who Should Apply?
