Control – M Administration, Troubleshooting and Support Control-M/EM, SRV, Agent installation, configuration, troubleshooting Technical Debt Remediation Maintain HA for Control-M and DR/BCP support Analyzing and optimizing the batches Application Plug-ins, Control Modules install, configure and maintain connection profiles Schedule jobs based on Calendars, Date, Time, Day in month and events New / modify calendars definition Analyzing jobs schedule failure Test jobs in NON-PROD Environment and Promote jobs to PROD Environment Batch Jobs monitoring for all applications systems Ad-hoc Job run request, Follow escalation procedure Control M Upgrades Establish, document, and maintain standards for batch jobs Handle restart/rerun requirements & processes Manage jobs scheduling for prod & non-prod environments Batch Automation Proactive Batch Management Maintain Scheduler Availability Batch Optimization Good knowledge of ITIL process
