Job Title: MIS Executive – Sales (FMCG/Beauty Industry) Location: Andheri East, MIDC, Mumbai Experience: 2+ Years Industry Preference: FMCG / Beauty / Personal Care About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with prior experience in Sales MIS and reporting within the FMCG or beauty industry. The candidate must be proficient in using tools like Salesforce , Excel, and other relevant reporting software. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and update sales data to ensure accuracy for reporting and decision-making. Generate and maintain sales and operational reports, ensuring timely availability of accurate data for key stakeholders. Manage and process distributor (DB) claims for pan-India distributors in the offline channel. Monitor, validate, and maintain data integrity within the Distributor Management System (DMS) and ensure its smooth functioning. Troubleshoot and resolve DMS-related and other data issues to support uninterrupted operations. Provide reports and actionable insights to the HO team to support data-driven decision-making. Support the sales team with data-related queries and timely reporting for better sales execution. Handle salary, incentive processing , and employee reimbursements for the on-ground offline team. Coordinate with the HO team for approval and reconciliation of claims. Identify inefficiencies in current data tracking/reporting systems and propose automation or process improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Statistics, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2+ years in MIS, sales operations , or data management —preferably in offline retail sales in FMCG/beauty sectors. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations and reporting Experience in using Salesforce and DMS tools is an advantage Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities Effective collaboration with sales teams, distributors, and HO Excellent organizational and time management skills Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
