Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparation and finalization of financial statements as per applicable standards Support statutory, internal, and tax audits Perform financial analysis and prepare management reports Ensure compliance with applicable laws and financial regulations Work on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Support in income tax, GST, and other statutory return filings Assist with internal controls and risk assessments Collaborate with teams on investment analysis, due diligence, and financial modeling Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant (recently passed) Internship experience in financial services, audit firms, or corporate finance Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Sound understanding of accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills Good verbal and written communication Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Ability to work both independently and in a team
