Job Overview: The person will work as a technical lead and help in the design and implementation of various modules using Salesforce Einstein Analytics Roles & Responsibilities: Understand business requirement documents and translate them to technical and functional requirements Guide the team on the best way forward by envisioning and evaluating various design options Design systems based on the business requirements including data flows, data objects and other data transformation Ability to create and schedule data imports and synchronization jobs along with appropriate error handling Develop modules for data extraction, transformation, and validation in salesforce Understand the analytical data module and thereby create appropriate recipes Create and present data in a visually appealing manner Test the solutions and document their functionality Perform technical peer reviews to evaluate pros and cons of design Desired Experience: 5-6 years of overall experience working on Salesforce 3-4 years of hands-on experience on Einstein Analytics Experience with understanding data and creating appropriate dashboards/lenses Successfully lead Salesforce Einstein projects across all phases of design, development, code, and deployment Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines Good problem-solving skills with proven ability of resolving technical challenges Exposure to agile development and JIRA usage
