Our investors don’t just earn above-market returns; they fund the future of clean mobility and climate-positive infrastructure.Backed by marquee ecosystem partners and operating at the intersection of climate and capital, Pyse is scaling rapidly across the UAE and broader GCC.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a  Growth Marketing Manager – Lead Generation  focused on building a strong, qualified top-of-funnel pipeline of HNIs and family offices for Pyse’s sales and investor relations teams.This is not a brand or content marketing role — it’s a field-and-funnel marketing role focused purely on  lead acquisition . You’ll design and execute campaigns across digital channels, in-person events, and partnership activations to bring warm, interested prospects into our investor pipeline.You’ll work closely with the sales team to track conversions, optimize the funnel, and create marketing strategies that directly drive capital inflow into Pyse’s investment opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage lead generation campaigns targeting HNIs, UHNIs, and wealth advisors across the UAE and IndiaPlan and execute both digital and offline campaigns — including paid ads, webinars, investor events, and co-branded activationsPartner with ecosystem players (private banks, wealth managers, investor clubs, etc.) to run joint demand-gen campaignsTrack performance across campaigns and channels, and optimize for CPL, conversion rate, and deal sizeWork closely with the sales and investor relations teams to qualify leads and ensure proper handoff and follow-throughSupport creation of landing pages, email flows, and conversion content that guides HNIs toward engaging with PyseHelp refine investor personas and identify new lead sources across different wealth segmentsOwn the full top-of-funnel strategy, from outreach planning to lead nurturingIdeal Candidate Profile3–4 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or field marketingMust be experienced in financial services, alternative investments, or high-ticket B2B marketingProven track record of running campaigns that drive qualified B2B or HNI leadsComfortable planning both digital campaigns and physical activations like events, networking dinners, and roundtablesFamiliar with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Google Ads, and email marketing platformsUnderstands the nuances of HNI/wealth communication and how to tailor messaging for affluent audiencesHighly data-driven, with the ability to measure and improve funnel metricsSelf-starter who can work cross-functionally with sales, ops, and design teamsWhy Join Pyse?Be part of a high-growth climate-tech company reinventing wealth and sustainabilityOwn and build a high-impact marketing funnel targeting a premium investor audienceWork directly with founders, sales, and partnerships teams to scale capital inflowsAttractive performance-based incentives and long-term growth opportunityExposure to the UAE and GCC market with opportunities for travel and leadership
