This position involves leading the shop floor system solution design in line with the Industry 4.0 standards.ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & ImplementationOversee the solution design, architecture.Coordinate end-to-end solution design and support during development and implementationAct as a technical liaison between solution vendor and functional leads.Work with business/functional leads and ensure the solution design captures end-end business processSelf & Team DevelopmentUpskill team members competencies by facilitating with the necessary trainingUp to date with latest technologies in manufacturing systemsIdentify pain points in and provide ideal solution incorporating latest technologiesEssential AttributesExtensive experience (4~6 years) in as a solution architect or in MES leadership role managing multi-plant manufacturing programsDeep understanding of manufacturing operations, Industry 4.0 concepts and digital transformation technologiesHands on knowledge on any of MES systems like OPCENTER, CAMSTAR, SI-VIEW, Critical manufacturing etc., including integration with ERP, PLM, WMS, LMS and other manufacturing IT systemsFamiliarity with integration protocols such as OPC, MQTT, SECS/GEM and Restful APIs.Possess knowledge on IT/OT convergence and information securityProficiency in production process mapping, workflows, data models and system architecture designManufacturing data analytics and automation frameworkAbility to navigate regulatory requirements especially for Semiconductor industryQualificationsB.E./B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Industrial Engineering (IE) Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), or Computer Science.Certifications:MESA certification in MES/MOMAPICS CPIM or ISA 95 certification or equivalentDesired Experience Level10-15 years of relevant experience.
