We're Hiring! | Tech Support – BMSLocation: ChennaiExperience: 5–9 years of relevant experience in BMS deployments & technical Support.At Neeve , we’re redefining smart building technologies with cloud-connected solutions that make building operations intelligent, efficient, and future-ready.We're looking for a Tech Support Engineer (BMS) to join our team and support the deployment and troubleshooting of cutting-edge Building Management Systems. If you are interested, we’d love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesHandle BMS & integration deployments & escalations from field service teams, partners, or end-users.Log and manage support tickets via helpdesk tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, or hub spot).Assist with root cause analysis and propose long-term solutions for recurring issues.Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide feedback from the field.Author technical documentation, SOPs, and training guides for internal and external stakeholders.Guide field teams in setting up and configuring BACnet networks, including addressing, device discovery, and resolving routing or segmentation issues.Assist in developing & validating energy saving sequence of operations (SOO) for space smart integrations of VAV, FCU’s, chilled beams, VRF through BACnet integrations.Participate in on-call rotation and support critical issue triaging during off-hours.Identify & apply AI tools in repetitive tasks and work flows.Desired Education/Skills/ExperienceExperience:5-9 years of relevant experience in BMS deployments & technical Support.Experience in remote commissioning and logic programming of field controllers (AHU, VAV, Chillers, etc.) using manufacturer tools (Niagara, JCI, Siemens, Honeywell, etc.).Hands on experience in developing & testing sequence of operations for ahu, vav, chiller plants, etc using ladder logic manufactured specific tools.Strong foundation in building automation protocols – BACnet, Modbus – including addressing schemes, device object models, and diagnostics.Proven ability to remotely commission BMS networks, validate device communication, and support integration issues.Familiarity with graphical front-end configuration and BMS user interface tools.Technical Skills:BMS Core Expertise: BACnet MSTP/IP, Modbus RTU/TCP, Niagara AX/N4, DDC logic development, HVAC sequence testing.Commissioning & Field Tools: Tridium Workbench, Honeywell CARE, JCI CCT/FX Tools, Siemens Desigo/PPCL or equivalent toolsNetwork Basics, Comfort with IP addressing, basic switch setup, and serial-over-IP gateways (no heavy routing/firewalling experience required).Experience with scripting (e.g., Python) for automation is a plus.Experience in networking or certification in CCNA is a plus.Soft Skills:Strong customer service orientation with excellent problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a MUST.Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Other Requirements:Willingness to work in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 customer support.Interested candidates can email their resumes to Let’s build the future, together.#Hiring #TechSupport #BMS #SmartBuildings #Neeve #IoT #BuildingAutomation #Careers
