Your job is to understand their needs, qualify them for the right upGrad program, and schedule a Video Counselling (VC) session with our expert Admissions Counsellors.You are not selling — you are guiding , qualifying , and building trust .What You'll Do✅ Call and connect with assigned leads through our auto-dialer system✅ Understand the learner’s goals, interests, and eligibility✅ Build rapport and provide clear, honest program information✅ Schedule 5+ VC sessions per day with Admission Counsellors✅ Ensure a smooth coordination between leads and counsellors✅ Maintain accurate lead data and interactions in the CRMWho We're Looking For✔️ Minimum 2 years of Edtech sales experience✔️ At least 1 year in your current/last company✔️ Strong spoken English and listening skills✔️ Passionate about education and guiding learners✔️ Able to handle a 6-day work week✔️ Experience with MS Office & CRM systemsPerformance MetricsMinimum 300+ minutes of daily talk timeSchedule at least 5 Video Counselling sessions/dayConnect with at least 80% of your leads dailyConsistently meet/exceed weekly revenue targetsWhy Join Us in Ahmedabad?Join a fast-growing, mission-driven Edtech company right from the heart of Gujarat.
