As a family-owned company, we are dedicated to improving the communities where we live and work because we understand that their prosperity and well-being is critical to the success of our customer-focused business.Key Responsibilities:Data Management:Collecting and compiling sales data from various sources (e.g., CRM, sales reports, market research).Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of sales data.Maintaining and updating sales databases and systems.Sales Performance Analysis:Analyzing sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.Tracking key perf-ormance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.Generating reports and dashboards to communicate sales perf-ormance to stakeholders.Reporting and Communication:Preparing regular sales reports, including weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.Presenting data and insights to sales teams, management, and other stakeholders.Communicating effectively with various departments (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment and data sharing.Process Improvement:Identifying areas for process improvement in sales operations.Suggesting and implementing solutions to optimize sales workflows and enhance efficiency.Collaborating with other teams to improve data quality and reporting processes.Sales Support:Providing analytical support to the sales team to help them achieve their targets.Assisting with sales forecasting and planning.Supporting sales initiatives and campaigns.Key Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems, BI tools).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and accuracy.Knowledge of sales processes and best practices.Understanding of CRM systems and sales methodologies.
