Skills:Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.10+ years’ database and application development and support experience.Proven SQL Language Experience with highly performing SQL.Experience developing and troubleshooting SSIS packages.Experience developing reports and dashboards using tools like Sisense and SSRS.Experience with MS SQL Server.Knowledge of Data Modeling concepts.Experience with one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, etc.).Responsibilities:Lead the Operations team, driving strategic direction, Job Monitoring, Scheduling, Configuration and Maintenance of Batch JobsAct as the primary contact for user inquiries, troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure a seamless experience.Develop and implement operational processes, guidelines, and best practices to streamline support operations and enhance user satisfactionLog, prioritize, and collaborate with product teams on resolving bugs and complex technical issues.Monitor critical issues, escalate as needed, and provide workarounds for unsupported functionality.Also help troubleshoot, triage the daily issues and guide the team for any assistance in solving any tickets.Assist in refining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to enhance service delivery and user satisfactionCreate, modify, and troubleshoot SSIS packages, Stored Procedures, SQL Queries, Automation Processes and SQL Jobs with an eye on performance.Convert, manipulate and prepare large volumes of data for ingestion into our systems using SQL Server integration tools.Create, modify and troubleshoot reporting queries in SQL Server 2019.Maintain and support data ingestion tools and automation scripts.Manage and resolve data-related issues that are reported by customers and internal employees.Conduct quality and business logic checks on all data into and out of systems.Maintain high customer satisfaction with customer service, technical and consultative skills, and acquired knowledge of the work product.
