Position: Retail HR Business Partner Location: Bangalore, India About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Retail HR Business Partner to support our retail and/or corporate teams. This role involves visiting retail stores, Pulse checking for employees and stores, leading key people initiatives, managing senior stakeholders, and building a high-performing, engaged workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Visiting the retail outlets/store every once in a quater Align people strategy with business goals across leadership development, succession planning, workforce planning, and engagement. Drive core HR programs including performance management, employee experience, and rewards. Collaborate with internal HR teams (TA, L&D, C&B) to implement and improve people processes. Act as a culture champion and employee advocate, fostering collaboration and retention. Ideal Candidate: 5–6 years of HR experience, preferably in a start-up or mid-sized setup. Someone who has hands on experience working with retail outlets Postgraduate in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
