Growth Executive (1-2 Years) Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Growth Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-backed growth strategies that drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. A strong foundation in data analysis using GA4 and A/B testing is essential. Responsibilities : ● Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand business objectives and identify growth opportunities. ● Strategize for growth by developing plans and identifying key initiatives, including but not limited to paid media, SEO, packaging and design, direct marketing, partnership ecosystem, and offline extensions. ● Oversee execution of growth plans and work closely with different operations teams and departments to ensure successful implementation. ● Focus on digital initiatives while maintaining a good understanding of creative and communication. ● Utilise strong understanding of paid media to drive brand awareness and growth. ● Utilize CRO understanding to optimise growth initiatives. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize growth opportunities, develop marketing and sales plans, and optimize the customer experience. ● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing and growth hacking, and share knowledge with the team and other departments. Requirements: ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. ● 1+ years of experience in a growth-oriented role, preferably in consulting or agency setting. ● Proficient with the tools like- VWO, Mixpanel, Hubspot, Salesforce, 6Sense is strong advantage ● Proven track record of driving growth and delivering measurable results. ● Strong understanding of CRO and other relevant growth tools and technologies. ● Strong understanding of SEO optimization and strategies. ● Should have worked with MarTech tools and understands retention marketing. ● Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. ● Ability to build, lead and mentor a team ● Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
