About the Role As a Marketing Outreach Specialist at xfactrs, you'll drive our AI-led outreach engine. You'll manage smart segmented databases, run intelligent multi-channel campaigns, and leverage AI tools to optimize every touchpoint. Your work will directly fuel our pipeline and amplify brand presence in the subscription and SaaS ecosystem. Responsibilities Database & Campaign Management ·       Manage, segment, and enrich prospect databases using AI-driven enrichment & scoring tools. ·       Execute targeted email campaigns (nurture, cold, event-based) via HubSpot, Apollo, and experiment with AI-personalization features. ·       Run LinkedIn outreach and drip campaigns (connects, InMails, follow-ups), optimizing sequences using AI insights. Social & Digital Campaigns ·       Plan and run organic and paid campaigns across platforms, testing creatives and messaging with AI A/B tools. ·       Collaborate with content teams to amplify blogs, whitepapers, and webinars - using AI to predict engagement trends. Continuous Outreach & Optimization ·       Set up smart cadences across channels to maintain a healthy, AI-prioritized pipeline. ·       Monitor and optimize campaign performance using predictive analytics. Pipeline & Insights ·       Maintain accurate data in CRM. ·       Build weekly/monthly pipeline reports with AI-driven dashboards to spot gaps and opportunities. ·       Translate metrics into actionable campaign tweaks. List Hygiene & Compliance ·       Regularly clean, deduplicate, and validate lists using automated AI tools to ensure deliverability. ·       Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and evolving data norms. Always Learning ·       Stay updated on next-gen AI marketing tools, outreach trends, and sales-tech. ·       Collaborate with sales on AI-driven account targeting. Requirements ·       2-3 years of experience with database segmentation, campaigns (email, LinkedIn, social). ·       Comfortable with CRMs, automation, and exploring AI-powered personalization. ·       Strong analytical mindset - able to interpret AI-generated campaign reports. ·       Excellent written communication. ·       Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, Sales Navigator. ·       Openness to make outbound calls when needed.
