Account Director This position is responsible for client satisfaction and supports all program initiatives with a focus on providing excellent service to the clients and representing their needs and goals within the organisation to ensure quality delivery. In addition, the She/He builds relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities and manages the account team for portfolio brands. Core responsibilities include: Lead the agency’s accounts with workstreams delivering on business goals for clients and working with team members to deliver top-notch service daily Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients; escalate, track and solve client issues Managing all aspects of account health and profitability from budgets to contracts, allocations and more Develop social and digital ideas; actively participating in thought starters and strategic digital brainstorms Identifying and pitching incremental opportunities to grow business and additional opportunities Leading agency development programs for staff, new business and culture initiatives Increase client retention and conversion rates through best in class social and digital marketing programs and award winning campaigns Campaigns Develop and deliver pitches, that impress clients, and successfully bring to life the proposed campaign Work with clients to amend ideas based on their wishes, knowing how to communicate what is and isn’t possible in order to achieve the intended results. Strong interpersonal communication skills - ability to present at all levels of the organization and a positive public representative.
