JOB DESCRIPTION- ANALYST- RESEARCH & INSIGHTS SUMMARY: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to support the team with secondary research and data collection activities. This is an entry-level role and is ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of research methodologies, keen analytical skills, and a passion for data accuracy. You will play a critical role in gathering and synthesizing information from publicly available sources to support various customer, market, and industry research initiative RESPONSIBILITIES: • Conduct online research using credible sources including industry reports, academic publications, government databases, company websites, and news articles. • Collect, validate, and organize data into usable formats (Excel, PPT, reports) to support strategic insight needs. • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market developments. Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns, trends, and insights. • Support internal teams with insights and timely research deliverables. • Ensure high standards of accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in research outputs. DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE : • Master’s degree in business, economics, or related field. • 1–2 years of experience in secondary research, data collection or analysis driven roles. • Strong internet research skills with the ability to critically evaluate sources for credibility and relevance. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to interpret data from multiple sources into broad findings. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Prior research agency experience is a bonus
