Job Profile Summary HR Business Partner will support the HR Director in Talent Management, Talent Development and Talent Retention activities in GEB. HRBP works closely with business leaders and managers to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organizational objectives. Job Description Experience Required: 10+ years’ experience with at least 3 years’ experience managing people Education Desired: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field Job Responsibilities Work with the HR Director to develop and implement on HR Practices that aligns with the overall mission and strategy of the organization. Streamline processes and systems to enhance overall Team Member experience Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR & business to develop solutions, programs and policies Develop comprehensive approaches to employee onboarding, engagement, development and retention. Provide performance management guidance to line managers. Eg. coaching, counseling, career development and disciplinary actions Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation. Review HR documents and policies regularly and makes changes & updates to align with organizational objectives Implement and drive a culture of learning and development in GEB by gathering needs, planning and coordinating for behavioral & leadership training.
