We’re looking for an energetic and organized Human Resource Intern to support our fast-paced People & Culture team. If you’ve had prior HR experience and are looking to deepen your exposure in recruitment and day-to-day HR ops, this is your chance to work hands-on and make an impact. What You’ll Do Shortlist resumes based on role requirements Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Collect feedback and maintain structured interview records Assist in releasing offer letters and managing candidate communication Support end-to-end hiring processes Assist in maintaining job descriptions, postings, and hiring dashboards Support with day-to-day administrative tasks related to HR operations Help with general admin and coordination tasks within the HR team ✅ What We’re Looking For This is an in-office paid internship for 6 months Previous internship or work experience in HR/recruitment is mandatory Strong communication and coordination skills A proactive and detail-oriented approach Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills Ability to multitask and manage tight timelines Comfortable with job portals, emails, and fast turnarounds The FRND team operates six days a week, with every 1st and 3rd Saturday working About FRND FRND is redefining the way people connect by building a social platform that’s not just engaging but also safe, inclusive, and fun.
