The Role: You will be responsible to support and grow our presence across online marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in planning, operations, and account management, who is eager to learn, hustle, and own day-to-day business performance on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc. At Agilitas, we are creating what’s next. Key Responsibilities Account Management: Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned marketplace accounts. Maintain healthy partner relationships and ensure adherence to platform guidelines. Planning & Execution: Assist in building monthly sales and marketing plans by account. Track promotions, product launches, and campaigns with internal teams and platform partners. Operations & Inventory: Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to manage stock flow, order fulfilment, returns, and service levels. Monitor inventory health and flag potential issues proactively. Reporting & Analysis: Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs – sales, traffic, conversions, returns, etc. Use platform dashboards and Excel/Google Sheets to generate actionable insights. Content & Listings: Ensure product listings are live, accurate, and optimized (images, descriptions, pricing, etc.) Coordinate with content/design teams for A+ content, banners, and campaign creatives. Who You Are 2–3 years of experience in account management or e-commerce operations. Prior exposure to online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) preferred. Experience using Seller Central/Omnichannel panels. Strong analytical skills with comfort in Excel/Google Sheets. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. A team player with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
