Job Title: Unified Communications (UC) Engineer Location: (Specify Location or Remote) Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST Job Type: (Full-time/Contract) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Unified Communications (UC) Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to manage the administration and maintenance of our UC platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling adds, moves, and programming changes , as well as documenting and testing all configurations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work collaboratively with an onsite team. Key Responsibilities: Perform adds, moves, and programming changes to the UC platform. Document configurations, changes, and test results to ensure system reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve UC-related issues , collaborating with CISCO TAC Center when necessary. Work closely with the onsite team to implement and maintain communication solutions. Ensure best practices for UC platform administration and security. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Unified Communications administration. Strong expertise in CISCO Call Manager and related UC technologies. Experience troubleshooting UC issues with CISCO TAC Center . One or more CISCO Call Manager certifications (e.g., CCNP Collaboration, CCIE Collaboration) preferred. Excellent documentation and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Preferred Skills: Experience with additional VoIP and telephony solutions. Knowledge of SIP, QoS, and networking fundamentals . Familiarity with contact center solutions and integrations . Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations Cisco.
