We are looking for Plant HR Business Partner having experience in Manpower planning, budgeting , Talent acquisition, Talent management, employee management, Employee relations, HR Compliance, Industrial relations and operational HR excellence and managing multiple plants and the employees.Role & responsibilitiesHandling HR Operations projects for all the factoriesHandling Plant HR Team for Manpower planning, Recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities of new joiners, new hire orientation, induction and exit interviews, documentation and audit accuracy, factory compliances and administrative part.Taking care of all the Safety Compliances should be followed at Plant level.Employee relations and industrial relations.Manpower planning and budgetingMIS and reportingTravelling to plant location as requiredQualifications / experience requiredMBA HR with 6 plus years of experience in Factory HRBPManpower planning, talent acquisition managementworking knowledge of Industrial relations
