Job Description

We are a small, quickly growing staffing firm in New Jersey, USA. We provide contingent staffing and full-time search services for Fortune 2000 and public sector clients. We are looking for a highly motivated mid-level technical operations specialist with a background in the US IT Consulting and staffing industry. The candidate is expected to support the US market during the Eastern Standard Time(EST) hours with at least 80% overlap. Location: 100% Remote - work from anywhere in India Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required preferred in domains such as - accounting/finance/commerce 7+ years of experience in the US Payroll/Invoicing and accounting/bookkeeping domain. 5+ years of experience in IT Consulting and Staffing domain. 3+ years of experience using Quickbooks for bookkeeping and running payroll. H1B/TN visa paperwork and processing experience - preferred Excellent understanding and experience in working with US-based Payroll systems. Good understanding of current US-based Payroll legislation and compliance. Good knowledge of MS tools especially Microsoft Excel Responsibilities: Receive, review, and reconcile invoices from 1099/C2C subcontractors using Quickbooks Receive, review, and reconcile invoices for international contractors Submit invoices to clients and vendors through email. Run payroll for W2 employees. Assist with accounting and book-keeping activities on Quickbooks. Assist with other operational and administrative tasks as required - Visa related paperwork, RFP/proposals, Contract management, HR inquiries.
