The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ecommerce business models, hands-on experience with marketing mix and attribution modelling, and a proven ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets. You will play a critical role in optimizing marketing strategies, measuring ROI, and driving data-driven decisions across brand and performance marketing channels. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of marketing mix models and attribution frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Analyse performance marketing data across multiple platforms, including Google Stack, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and others. Use statistical techniques such as regression analysis and incrementality measurement to quantify marketing impact. Measure and optimize both brand and performance marketing strategies, with a particular focus on influencer marketing as a bonus. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and budgets. Present insights and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Monitor marketing spend and performance to optimize budget allocation and improve campaign ROI. Required Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis . Expertise with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and the Google Marketing Platform. Strong statistical analysis skills including regression analysis and incrementality testing . Familiarity with ecommerce business models and marketing effectiveness measurement. Experience working with performance marketing platforms such as Meta Ads Manager. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing analytics, marketing effectiveness, or retail analytics . Proven track record of working with marketing mix and attribution models. Strong understanding of ecommerce dynamics. Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex insights. Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend.
