This role offers hands-on experience in sales operations, client interaction, and business development. Candidates who perform well during the training period will have the opportunity to grow rapidly within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Learn and understand company products/services and the sales process. Assist in lead generation, client communication, and follow-ups. Participate in sales meetings, field visits, and product demos. Maintain daily reports and update CRM tools. Meet weekly and monthly performance targets. Collaborate with senior sales staff for mentorship and support. Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business/Marketing preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn, travel, and work under pressure. Positive, goal-driven, and customer-focused attitude. Basic knowledge of MS Office and online communication tools. Compensation Structure: Training Period Salary (First 30–90 Days): ₹10,000 per month Post-Training Salary (Based on Performance): Up to ₹65,000 per month Performance-based incentives and bonuses applicable Rapid career growth for high-performing individuals
