As a Pega Business Analyst, you would play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within a dynamic banking environment. Work location: India ( Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad) Work setting: Remote Key Responsibilities: Requirements Elicitation & Analysis: Conducting workshops, interviews, and other sessions with business stakeholders (e.g., product owners, operations teams, compliance) to understand their needs, pain points, and objectives. Analyzing existing business processes ("as-is") and identifying opportunities for improvement and automation using Pega capabilities. Translating complex business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process flows (e.g., using BPMN), and decisioning rules. Pega Solution Design: Collaborating closely with Pega Architects and Developers to design Pega-based solutions that align with business requirements and Pega best practices (e.g., leveraging the Pega Case Management framework, App Studio). Defining the case lifecycle, stages, steps, data model, user interfaces (UI/UX), and integration requirements for Pega applications. Ensuring that the proposed solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to enterprise architecture standards and regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Communication & Management: Acting as a key liaison between business units and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring mutual understanding throughout the project lifecycle. Strong knowledge of Pega's low-code/no-code capabilities (App Studio) and how to leverage them for rapid application development.
