Investment Banking Intern (Fully Remote) – India About Marquee Equity: Marquee Equity is an India‑based financial platform that supports startups and businesses in raising capital worldwide. We connect visionary entrepreneurs with global investors through structured deal work, investor research, and strategic guidance. Role Summary: We’re looking for a driven Investment Banking Intern for a 3–6 month full‑time remote internship. You’ll gain practical exposure to financial modeling, market research, and pitch preparation—all while working from anywhere in India. Key Responsibilities: Build financial models (LBO, DCF, comps) in Excel Conduct industry and competitor analysis Assist in creating pitch decks and investor materials Support deal pipeline tracking and preparation Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related field Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Basic understanding of valuation methodologies Excellent English communication; proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus Strong analytical, research, and collaborative skills Logistics: Location: Remote (based in India) Duration: 3–6 months, start date flexible Compensation: Monthly stipend (TBD)
